Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Are you a high performer in a stressful career who prides yourself on being extremely focused and capable, but things lately are feeling harder than normal?

Do you feel like stress, anxiety or burnout is creeping into your life?

Are you dealing with the very real struggles of anxiety and depression that can come in this kind of stressful environment?

Are you experiencing other stress in your life that is affecting you, such as divorce, job loss, substance abuse, relational distress, or any other major changes or issues?

Have you been wanting to be the best version of yourself but that seems to be alluding you these days?

I know how you feel, because I’ve been there and I’ve overcome it. For years, I was in a high-powered role and environment as the founding drummer of Maroon 5. I’m no stranger to understanding the pressure and challenges that might come with your life, especially if you’re in entertainment, music, or any other major industry. My personal experience in recovery from mental health challenges, together with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and professional experience as a licensed marriage & family therapist, make me uniquely qualified to partner with you.

Types of Therapy include

  • Mindfulness-Based (MBCT)
  • Positive Psychology
  • Psychodynamic
  • Strength-Based

**Please Note**: I am a licensed therapist in the state of California. This means that I can treat clients currently residing in the state of California. If you do not live in California, you will need to find a therapist licensed in your state or jurisdiction. If you live outside of California and already have a therapist, you can consider working with me in a Coaching capacity as an adjunct to therapy but NOT as a replacement for therapy (please see the “Coaching” page for more details).
